Resume Distribution

Overall Rating

Overview: Besides the small font on the left-side navigation buttons that had our eyes straining, we felt that one of the main drawbacks of this site, a privately-held, Kansas-based company founded in 1997, is the 621 general recruiters in the $49 "Econo Blast" service. This small number appears to be of little value when you consider items such as the email open rate and lack of resume distribution by specific function. When we visited the Q&A category, resumeblaster stated that it differs from other resume distribution services because it sends resumes to recruiter email addresses. Doesn't sound different to us.

Points of Comparison: Provides a quick, impartial source of the 10 major benefits and drawbacks of each resume distribution site reviewed.

Best Feature: The assurance that your contact information is not sold to any outside agency for any price.

Worst Feature: Too few recruiter listings, regardless of the service level selected. Also, navigation is sometimes confusing, and once you move deeper into the site, it is not always clear how to get back where you've been.
